While some people like to look for answers to their cooking questions online, others prefer talking to an actual person, especially a person with vast baking knowledge and good intuition. Where there’s a whisk there’s a way – The Crisco® pie & baking hotline is back with live baking specialists will answer any calls with questions and problems pertaining to the caller’s baked goods. This holiday season, the hotline has extended their hours during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.
Starting November 10 through 26, callers can contact between 8AM and 8PM ET. From December 15 through 23, hours will be from 8AM to 7PM ET. On Christmas Eve, hours will go from 8AM to 3PM ET. Many tips will come from Kristen Doyle from Dine & Dish,Yvette Marquez from Muy Bueno Cookbook and Vianney Rodriguez of Sweet Life Bake. In addition to Michele Stuart, owner of Michele’s Pies in Norwalk, CT, and the Crisco Test Kitchen. Now in its ninth year, the Crisco Pie & Baking Hotline is lengthening its repertoire to include all baking categories and ensure no cake, cookie or pie gets left behind.
